Product Description

• A waterborne low VOC breathable, high binding acrylic coating.
• Easy to apply using a brush, roller, mop or sponge.
• Can be used to seal, waterproof and protect interior and exterior concrete surfaces.

Product Attributes

• Very good weather resistance and exterior durability.
• Very good resistance to peeling and blistering.
• Improved efflorescence resistance.
• Coverage: 97.08 sq.ft/L.
• Touch dry time (at 25°C): 15 mins.
• Recoat dry time (at 25°C): 30 mins.
• Colour: White and dries to clear.

Recommendations for Surface Preparation

• Remove dirt, grease, oils and any other surface contaminants from the surface.
• Remove efflorescence, dirt, grease, oils or other foreign matter from the surface to be sealed.
• Concrete spatters should be removed using a suitable cleaner.
• Flush surface with water until all cleaner has been washed off.
• Remove efflorescence, dirt, grease, oils or other foreign matter from the surface to be sealed.

Application Procedure

• Stir thoroughly before use.
• Apply 2–3 coats, allowing 30 mins drying time between coats.

For Easy Thinning and Clean-Up, Use

• Water.
