Product Description

• A top quality, flat emulsion paint that gives a long-lasting finish inside and outside, with a very good resistance to fungi and algae, and is easy to clean.
• Easy to apply using brush, roller, conventional spray or airless spray.
• Can be applied to interior and exterior masonry surfaces, concrete, clay blockwork, asbestos cement sheets, cement rendered walls and ceilings, gypsum plaster, wallboard, suitably primed metals, wood and building boards.

Recommendations for Surface Preparation

• For new and unpainted iron and steel surfaces, prime using 1 coat of Penta Metal Shield.
• For new and unpainted aluminum surfaces, apply Penta Etch Primer.
• For new and unpainted wooden surfaces, prime using 1 coat Penta Wood Primer Undercoat.
• For interior chipboard except single layer/open surface chipboard, prime and finish using 2–3 coats of Penta Flat Emulsion. For single layer/open surface chipboard, prime using 1 coat of Penta Wood Primer Undercoat.
• For previously painted concrete surfaces, seal powdery residues using Penta Acrylic Solvent Based Sealer.
• Prime old gloss paint surfaces with Penta Wood Primer Undercoat.

Application Procedure

• When using a brush or roller, apply an even coat to avoid runs and sags. Add up to 500ml water to 4L paint.
• When using an airless spray, use a tip size 0.38 mm, 2000 psi. Add up to 400ml to 4L paint.
• When using a conventional spray, use a tip size 1.8–2.2 mm, 40–50 psi. Add up to 800ml to 4L paint.

For Easy Thinning and Clean-Up, Use

• Water.
